SEGA announces Ghostbusters-inspired expansion pack for Two Point Campus

There’s something strange lurking in the digital halls of Two Point Campus, as the popular university management sim is set to receive its second DLC expansion pack, School Spirits!

Two Point Studios Limited and SEGA Europe Limited made the reveal, with the add-on introducing an academic institution overran by the undead. Players will not only find new spooktakular courses, but also, what we’re most excited for, the addition of ghost-busting gameplay mechanics and even a new challenge mode that’ll have janitors “mopping up all these spectral scourges,” through you use of your trusty Ghost-Duster!

For your first look at gameplay, check out the reveal trailer below.

Likely the most eye-catching piece of the trailer comes with a grand-scale boss battle that sees a legion of Ghostbu… err, Ghost-Dusters, appearing to cross vacuums against an unruly spirit. A bit more complicated than merely expelling a student, the ritual will banish the ectoplasmic entity off campus grounds.

Players can now pre-order Two Point Campus: School Spirits to receive a 10% discount on Steam and the Microsoft Store. Players who purchase the new DLC from launch day will receive a 10% Early Adopters discount until March 21st for PC, PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

In other entirely non-licensed homages, as reported last week, AEG has announced Smash Up: Excellent Movies, Dudes!, an upcoming expansion to their widely popular card game. As evident from the cover art, the add-on will be comprised of various spoofs of the 1980s, including Back to the Future, Robocop, and of course, Ghostbusters.
