New Ghostbusters light-up glitter globe available from The Bradford Exchange

Over the last couple of years, The Bradford Exchange has become a favorite amongst fans when it comes to unique Ghostbusters decor, with notable releases including a cuckoo clock pairing the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man with New York City’s Hook & Ladder 8 and an eye-catching 5′ tall color changing floor lamp that featured scenes from the first two films.

With both the spooky and gift-giving seasons on the horizon, Bradford has dropped yet another release, once again choosing the form of the destructor, but this time, trapping the marshmallow behemoth inside an officially licensed glitter globe, making for an incredible display piece!

The hand-painted offering features a sculptural Stay Puft Marshmallow Man encased inside a glass globe amid a shower of glitter. To help further the presentation, tubby soft squeeze is illuminated by three built-in LEDs, standing atop a marshmallow-covered landmark-filled New York City, with the Tribeca firehouse and Ecto-1 being predominately displayed. Turning the globe around to the back discovers Slimer floating in front of the Ghostbusters containment unit, covered in green ectoplasm.

Similarly to the aforementioned cuckoo clock, the glitter globe plays the beloved theme song and includes a three-way switch, allowing fans to either isolate the lights or music or, instead, have both simultaneously.

If you’d like to grab your own Ghostbusters Illuminated Glitter Globe, it’s now available exclusively through The Bradford Exchange’s US branch, priced at $129.99, with installment payments available.

And if you happened to have missed our look at Bradford’s previously released color-changing floor lamp, we’ve got that video queued up below.
